Mishimoto and Alradco both make intercoolers for the 6.0 that work well. I have a Mishi on mine as the Alradco wasn't available when I needed one. I see about a 50 degree drop in EGT running empty and 100 to 150 degree drop when towing heavy (18K).

Did you happen to log any IAT1 and IAT2 temps for the stock setup and the Mishi?

Would really like to see what IAT (1 & 2) you are now seeing with the mishi.

The price on the Mishi is sure pretty good.....

Didn't realize you guys sold this stuff as well Ed. I'll look your way when I decide to upgrade. It's not on the short list yet. I'm waiting to do some AIT & EGT tests to see where my setup stands.

Currently I see a 20 degree delta in AIT 1 & 2 temps unloaded. I know that doesn't matter much, it's with a load that counts. Just haven't had the opportunity to hook up the 5th wheel recently. But the snow is melting and I heard some birds chirping outside. So it won't be too much longer, I hope!

We carry absolutely EVERYTHING you can get from Ford and nearly everything you can get in the aftermarket space. The common things are up on the web site. We add other things as demand suggests.

Very seldom is there a less expensive alternative and commonly we're 100% cheaper since we talk people out of stuff that they just don't need.

A single alt system allows the room needed for a round hot side cac tube. Your tube is specific to dual alts.
