Just got back from Bodega Bay. First trip with my Anderson Hitch. There are lots of twisty roads going out on Highway One and the hitch performed as advertised. I love how easy it is to put on and how easy it is to hitch up! No more having to have a engine hoist needed to remove my 5th wheel hitch. New F350 worked flawlessly. Wife total loves it! I used the trailer info screen and this really helps hooking up the trailer, I love the checklist! I tried two different heights on the hitch to see which one is better. I liked the lowest setting the best.
Yes it is great to get outdoors and forget work. We stayed at this great campground that is right on Bodega Bay. You can hear the fog horns at night the waves breaking on the dunes. The weather in California has been outstanding!
I will try the 60 top next time. I have a spray in bedliner and the rack seems to stick pretty well in the bed of my truck. I can't wait to go to Sand Mountain and try her out in the sand.
