Anything with "standard" bed rails. Pull 4 pins to remove fifth wheel and drop in a piece with a gooseneck ball and replace 4 pins. I know curt sells one. https://www.curtmfg.com/part/16085 curt spyder.
Or b&w turnover ball and companion.
Unless I misunderstood the question.

Depends on what you're after - do you need to be able to specifically pull a 5th wheel, as in just YOUR trailer, or different 5th wheels? If it's just your stuff, I personally like gooseneck converters on the 5th wheel, and just a simple gooseneck ball in the pickup, so no messing around when you want to hook up and go - but that's me. Lots of options for converting. Anderson works well too, from reading here, but you have to mod the trailer away from a 5th wheel as well, and still have a different hitch in the pickup than a normal gooseneck. I'm sure they pull nice and all, but I guess I can't see the point for me personally, as I have to have a gooseneck hitch anyhow.
If you have to have a 5th wheel, depending on your vehicle and what you want in the bed, lots of rail options out there, or if you want a cleaner bed you could go B&W Companion Hitch. Personally I don't like having rails in my box, kinda like having a flat floor when I'm not towing, so I have a B&W ball anyhow - but have a converted pin box on my 5th, so no need for a Companion. Again, all in what your final need is.

I pull a variety of fivers so went with a Curt 25A hitch with above bed rails. I also have a Curt gooseneck plate rated for 25k IIRC. I leave the gooseneck plate mounted under the fiver hitch and can just move the hitch out of the way if necessary. I also have an adapter wedge in case I run across a camper with pivoting pinbox.

So so these are all standard? I have a rail system In my bed now not sure if it is for 5th wheel or gooseneck but it looks a lot like the rails in the link for the spider gooseneck hitch in the link above.
thanks eveyone for your input.

Most are "industry standard rails" assuming they were installed correctly they are compatible with most hitches. Some hitch manufactures have a proprietary rail system like Demco for example.

Ya, can't say the rail holes will line up with different brands. You would have to measure each to see. They all look very similar, but the spacing might be off enough to not allow mixing/matching.
