For the price, it is very likely to be all Chiwainese parts. The PO of my 51 F1 did a conversion kit from Sacramento Vintage Ford Parts, and paid $399.00 for the kit in 2011. GM Calipers and pads (USA made) and custom Rotors, also USA made. The only Chinese parts were the bearings and seals, which I replaced when I rebuilt the front suspension. They appeared to be fine; I just don't trust Chinese bearings, so I replaced them. I paid $62.50 for all 4 bearings and cups by Timken, and the 2 grease seals, all USA made.
Just my opinion, but I wouldn't use that particular kit.
My and I ordered a disc brake conversion kit from Speedway for his T-Bucket we are building. The kit is for a '42-'48 Ford car. The only foreign parts were the bearings, seals and maybe the rotors. The calipers are rebuilt GM, the pads and brackets I believe are US made. We will probably replace the seals and bearings, everything else looks good.
I have the same kit for 5 on 4.5 I am happy with it. other than the bearing's and seal's as mentioned. I believe mine weren't Chinese. I thought of just buying the brackets, and buying all the other parts locally. I get Jobber pricing, and could not do it for the price. The people and customer service at Speedway are very good. being in Canada, that sure helps. Being confident in a supplier for up here is half the battle. I'm sure you'll be happy with their product's. Good luck.
