Disk Brake Conversion kits
Can anyone one tell me where I can Buy a bolt on front disk brake conversion kit for my 57 ford f-100. I don't want to spend 1000's I can clip it for less but I Want to stay with the straight axle if I can Help!!

Check with Classic Performance Products, they show a bolt on kit in their catalog for 57-64 trucks. www.classicperform.com for more info.

Do a search for ECI and No Limit Engineering (www.nolimit.net). They have basic kits for about $100. You would have to provide the rotors and calipers. These can be had from your local junkyards, or better yet, bought new at parts store. It might save you some money on shipping when buying their complete kits.
