FORD Remote Access SIM ID
I was not aware of any truck coming with it installed from the factory.....it would have been a dealer add on.
I am not aware of the 2015 coming with the Vehicle Security (VSS) module that the remote access module plugs into.
You only need the sim id to get Ford tech. He will use it to give you the 4 digit pin to use on the ford access site.

If you have a separate remote start fob and an antenna mounted on the windshield, you would have the VSS in the truck. Most time mounted on the main wiring harness that goes from the dash through the firewall.
If your window sticker shows perimeter alarm, you have might have the VSS. The RMU is totally separate box no usually installed at the factory.
These are the 2 part numbers needed to add the RMU (remote access)
VSS - DL3Z-19A361-A (if not already installed on main wiring harness)
RMU - DL3Z-19A390-B
You can add long distance remote start by adding a window antenna and a separate remote start key fob once you have the VSS installed.
Antenna - DL3Z-15603-C
Bi-directional key fob - DL3Z-15K601-A
or
Kit - EL3Z-19G364-B (Kit Includes (1) DL3Z-15603-C antenna + (2) DS7Z-15K601-F one way remotes)
I know this is confusing but hope it helps.
Larry is correct, that kit is not a factory installed option. It would have come from the dealership, and they would have charged you for it.
The Vehicle Security System (VSS) part DL3Z-19A361-A serves not only as an alarm with shock sensor, but also as a junction box for the long-range remote FOBS and antenna, as well as the Remote Access RMU unit. It plugs into the DLC (also known as the OBDII diagnostic port). If you can't find your paperwork, look under the dash to see if you have the original DLC plug wrapped up behind and plugged into a Y-port going to a black box zip tied somewhere back there. The Y-port plug would have a new DLC bolted in place of the old one. If you have that, you have VSS. From there you can see if anything is plugged into it, like the Remote Access RMU.
The RMU would have the SIM ID on a sticker attached to the unit itself. Once you have the SIM ID you can take that to the dealer and they can retrieve the PIN....... if they know how to do it.
