Well i have read thru most of these postings and on the ford site.
Nothing seems to apply to my situation.
2015 F-250 Synch, no touch/no nav. just the screen for the radio and limited synch features.
Two different droid phones paired and performed well.
After working well for 2 months since i bought the truck:
THEN.
Nothing. No Phone. No Phone menu. No Synch at all. No action when inserting usb drive. No response to pushing the phone button. No response to pushing the Synch button.
So I can’t do a reset because I can’t get to that menu item.
No joy calling 800 #. They did not seem to even understand what the different buttons did when the system was working correctly.
A "hard" reset is suggested in some cases. This just seems to be a matter of removing the neg battery cable.
How about getting the truck up to speed and then ramming the service door at the local dealership? Seriously, it's a new truck, dealer should get it working.
Yes. I've had to do this a couple of times in my 2014 F250. Unfortunately I don't remember which fuse it was. Should be noted in the owners manual.
No longer an issue since I went with an aftermarket head unit.

Thanks in advance for a solution.
Hi JackOHearts,
Please schedule an appointment with your dealer to have SYNC reset. They're in the best position to resolve this for you.
