4WD Nightmare 2000F250

We got a ton of snow dumped on us today and for some reason my 4WD has decided not to work this year. I have a 2000 F250 4WD Triton V10. The hubs click into the lock position and the dial on the dash lights up 4x4 but I am definetiely not engaging into 4WD. I'm pissed because this is specifically the reason i bought a 4WD and it's failing me. I can't find a fuse panel diagram to save my life however all the fuses in the interior of truck look to be fine. Does anyone have any experience with this odd situation.

For the heck if it, see if it will go into 4lo. Put it in neutral to shift into 4lo. If it does, shift it back into 4hi and see if it works.

I've tried that and i hear it clunk when i put it into 4lo buy still nothing and then swith it back to 4hi and still nothing.

Is it a manual shifter for the transfer case, or a switch on the dash?

With the hubs locked in, can you turn the front driveshaft by hand? If yes, then the hubs aren't locked. If no, then they are locked and the issue is in the transfer case. Either the shifting mechanism or something might be broke inside.
