Brake problem?
So i've come to realize after driving my gf's 2011 f150 that my brakes really suck.
I have to lay into them to really feel them bite but i highly doubt i could ever lock any of them up even unloaded. Pads all have half life still after putting 20,000 miles on the truck since i got it.
It does pull left or right sometimes when i get on them quickly but almost seems like the rears aren't doing anything.
I'm starting to think that i'm not hard enough on them because this has happened to every truck i've owned (fords). Maybe not enough heat to keep things moving freely?

How many miles on the 250? Pads and rotors could be glazed. I'm stepping up to power stop rotors,pads and calipers soon. Mine pulls on occasion too./ I also have an 11, 250. Only problem I have with the power stops is I think the calipers are simply powder coated OEMs? I'm still waiting for an answer back from them on this. Rock Auto sells their stuff and they want the cores back. That tells me I may be right. Which I'm OK with if Power Stop has "worked" the OEMs and not simply powder coated them red.

I had the same exact symptoms on my '03. Pedal was really hard and wouldn't stop very good. Turned out 3 out of the 4 guide pins were frozen up in the caliper brackets. Happens quite a bit. Parts stores seem to always have the brackets (with pins) in stock.
