Hello
i have a big Problem with my idm-120 XC3F-12B599-AC 9J03-2 / PWB6181
i have code P1293 Injector High side open but all Pins ok wiring is ok too
all injectors are between 2.9 and 3.2 ohm - Buzz Test Shows P1293
right bank is no firing and left bank normal
it seems to be an internal idm failure
i have a new one from Rockauto
IDM-120 XC3F-12B599-AD 2C11-2 / PWB 9172 and it seems to be compatible
but
no Buzz test and codes P1291 and P1292 --- high side short to ground or vbat
but at the Pins theres no ground and no vbat
the Motor is on right and left side not firing --- it dont starts
please help :-(

When you tested the resistance, did you do it from the IDM connector or where? Here's a pinout of the IDM connector:
It's also possible you have a loose armature plate on an injector, and it's striking the solenoid causing a short.
From the connector !
Yes i have use the trouble shooting pdf and all resistance are fine between the feeds and return line 2.9-3.4 ohm and the feeds to ground / positive endless
I have read at power feeds 4v at left side and 1.4v on right side
Which pdf are you following. The test pdf I was given for my issue was a pcm, idm test. I think it was 5 pages of tests. If that's the one you used it should have pin pointed exactly what is wrong with either the pcm or idm? If it said your idm is ok, then it is. Have you also checked the harness where it goes over the drivers valve cover, and from there to the valve covers. That harness gets rubbed bare and shorts all the time. I modified mine to prevent this. My issue was completely different, but appeared to be the idm as well. It turned out to be as simple as a bad sensor tripping the pcm to kill the idm. I found it by unplugging sensors one at a time until the truck started. Two weeks down, took 5 minutes to find and fix once I was clued into what was going on. (2 weeks. lol)
