Injector Bank Not Firing

Injector Bank not firing

Bank 2 injectors not firing. Could anyone please help me with fixing an issue that I have been working on for several days.

86 5.0 EFI 100k miles. All stock, I'm the original owner.
Good spark to all cylinders.
Good wiring on injector harness
Good wiring back to Pin 59 (bank 2 ground) on EEC.
Good fuel pressure.
Good Clean serviced injectors.
New O2 sensor.

1-4-5-8 (bank 1) injectors are firing. Pulling plug wire on each of these causes it to run even rougher than it is. (can feel/hear injector solenoids clicking)

2-3-6-7 (bank 2) are not firing. Pulling plug wire on each of these does not cause the engine to run worse. (cannot feel/hear injector solenoids clicking)

I switch the injector wiring on 5 & 6. Then #6 was running well and #5 was not.

So bottom line, it appears that for some reason the circuit to bank 2 injectors is not closing, as it is supposed to, so the injectors are not firing fuel.
---------------------------------------------------------
Pulled codes...
KOEO - System Pass (Code 11)
KOER - Cannot control RPM during self check or Idle Speed Control Problem

Wiring check...
All injector wiring on bank 1 and bank 2 checks out identical except:
With the negative battery disconnected:
--- EEC Pin 59 (bank 2 ground) to ground = 19k Ohms
--- EEC Pin 58 (bank 1 ground) to ground - 188k Ohms
I think both pins should NOT be grounded in this mode.
This wiring check may not have anything to do with the problem.

the 85-86 efi wiring was an odd year and everything changed in 87. have you considered the ECU being a problem? you might also try another harness from same year bronco.

Received EEC today. 15 minutes later the Bronco was running great.
I had rebuilt the injector wiring harness due to a rodent chewing on the old one. The chewed spot must have caused a short and damaged the EEC.
