Ok, so I have a disc/drum master cylinder but that is great because I will eventually upgrade to a front disc system. That Classis Tube website is hard to use to find their parts. Thanks for the part numbers, but I also need 3/8 nuts. I think I found them under part number ST8001 but that website doesn't have detailed descriptions of the parts. Can I be sure that ST8001 is meant for 3/16" lines?
I tried calling but they were already closed, so I'll wait until Monday to try to order the parts. I want to be sure I am ordering the right stuff. This is what I have chosen so far:
I spoke with he guys at Dennis Carpenter and explained the nut size problem, and they are willing to let me return the lines. I will continue to order parts from them because that is an example of great customer service.
Not sure on the 3/8"-24 fitting 8001 part number from Classic Tube but, 3/8"-24 fittings are the standard size for 3/16" brake tubing so, highly likely they are correct. Otherwise, parts stores will have individual 3/8"-24 fittings for sale.
Rasputin 53 I found a 1979 F350 with front disk brakes. other than the hubs, spindels, calipers, is there anything else that I wasnt to take from the doaner truck?
