One of our sponsors sells them. You have some options with them on how you want the configuration and they will match your paint color if you provide a sample.

What comes with the riffraff dash? I found it online for half that cost for just the lower.

On the page from Riff Raff that was posted by Tim that you quoted above the price will adjust as you select the various switch counts and functions as well as other options. You will only get what you want once you decide, but basically it is the F-650 dash with either 3,6 or 9 switches (very high quality carling units) and a hole or 2 for gauges if you choose. Clay does great work from all reports I've read and here he is using top of the line components and color matching.
If you want to roll your own, then Auto Nation White Bear Lake Ford Parts (formerly Tousley) has the part #4C4Z7004302BA for $59.60 PANEL ASY - INSTRUMENT TRIM | Genuine Ford | 4C4Z-7004302-BA But then you have to do all of the cutting, switch selection and custom engraving, wiring and color match painting.
I am in the process of building mine currently and have been for quite some time (9 switches, 2 gauges, brake controller and 2 110V outlets), you have to weigh your time and talents vs when and how well done you want the dash.
This is on my list right now to do. When we place the order can we request colors for the switches and labels? I see in you pic there is some labels.
I'm looking at doing six switches, 3 for lighting, one for exhaust brake and the other 2 will be question marks so it would be nice to have some different colors representing their function.

When you place the order I think all you specify is what the label says. I don't recall there being a color choice - the labels show up in the Ford Green like other buttons, the indicator is orange. You can choose between "On-Off", "On-Off-On" and "Momentary" switches, and you can get pre-wired harnesses to connect to the back of each switch.

Don't know that it is possible via their on line order form - but they might be able to accommodate if you call in advance. You'll have to check with them direct.

These guys https://www.otrattw.net/ are THE GO-TO GUYS for those high end Carling switches and custom laser engraving. Search through their website to see what all is available as far as colors and switch operation.

I found it much cheaper online also but when I was looking to do all the same things RiffRaff offered, I sort of ran out of steam. I should have picked up one of his pre-configured versions and been done with it.
My lower F650 dash has been sitting in a box for about 2 years.
