What comes with the riffraff dash? I found it online for half that cost for just the lower.

On the page from Riff Raff that was posted by Tim that you quoted above the price will adjust as you select the various switch counts and functions as well as other options. You will only get what you want once you decide, but basically it is the F-650 dash with either 3,6 or 9 switches (very high quality carling units) and a hole or 2 for gauges if you choose. Clay does great work from all reports I've read and here he is using top of the line components and color matching. If you want to roll your own, then Auto Nation White Bear Lake Ford Parts (formerly Tousley) has the part #4C4Z7004302BA for $59.60 PANEL ASY - INSTRUMENT TRIM | Genuine Ford | 4C4Z-7004302-BA But then you have to do all of the cutting, switch selection and custom engraving, wiring and color match painting. I am in the process of building mine currently and have been for quite some time (9 switches, 2 gauges, brake controller and 2 110V outlets), you have to weigh your time and talents vs when and how well done you want the dash.
I might just get the one for 60. The paint shop said he can color match me a can to die/paint it to match for 10 bucks. I do like the switches tho. And found a site that has pre cut switch panels that might fit perfect in there. Looks just like the one of riff
