Actually I am waiting to see how my lawsuit comes out. We go to mediation in December. I would like to know where things are. There is a chance, slight but still a chance, I may need to cover about $12,000 in medical bills until this is settled.

We had a couple inches of rain last night alone.. That's a lot for an area that only gets 13.5" of rain annually....
I guess the rain yesterday was good luck for Dale Earnhardt Jr. though..

It did work out for Jr. and some other guys as well unfortunately.
