As long as people are free to execute their own will upon others - they certainly will...
Threats and penalties up to and including death mean absolutely nothing to perpetrators of these crimes. Indeed, they die as martyrs - a higher honor for these villains simply does not exist.
There are no options that would not take the lives of countless innocents in the process...

Cory, that is a really nice looking car, but I have to tell you the first thing that I saw was cloudy headlights... I would either clean those up and polish them or get a new set from RockAuto.com or eBay..
