Accel distributor cap and rotor made in ?

Accel distributor cap and rotor made in ?
94 Econoline club wagon, 5.8
I recently installed a new cap and rotor, Accel brand from Oreillys. On the box it said made in Canada and molded into the plastic on both the cap and rotor says made in Canada but there was a sticker on the side of the cap that said made in mexico.
What the heck is that about?
On a side note the little black breather cap fell off and there wasnt a hole under it, it was just molded plastic.
Although, It had brass contacts and fit perfect.
