Ok found that with the web site. First time I got an abbreviated site with not much on it. Second site was full blown with everything on it. The first one kind of made me wonder.
Roy, I had nothing negative to say about the staff as far as eagerness to help, courtesy and friendliness. In these regards they were great! I think they just have basically an internal communications breakdown on this particular deal, and staff other than Becky were not necessarily prepared to deal with it. It is no black mark on you by any means, and I have no doubt they will get it sorted quickly and the trip will be most enjoyable.
If they just added to email what site we was on when we specified. It would solve a lot of questions. Also not having correct address and phone number on email made me wonder. I replied the email with correct info but don't know if they got it.
Thanks Doug and Dave.......and Tim........
I am not upset about the complaints/problems.....I do not take any of the comments as personal. Good info so I can talk with Becky and get this pothole in the road fixed........
I have no doubt that this will be fixed by Tuesday (Not so sure about over the weekend).....Who knows.....
I agree with everyone else Roy. I think you and Becky did your homework but the rest of the staff just don't know what said homework entailed. I'm betting the weekend staff isn't the same either. That said, I won't even call until tomorrow to try and get my deal straightened out. As you pointed out, there is plenty of time to get it sorted! Thanks again buddy for doing all the initial footwork...
