Yeah, you have to spell it out for them. If you just say what you did, they put you on a random site, under Roy's name/address/phone number, and then will bill Roy for your site. Tell them the site you want and give them all your info including a CC number for your deposit.
Roy, maybe it's time you call Becky and have her straighten the crew out...

Just FYI......I tried to call Becky 4 or 5 times yesterday to no avail.
Will try some more today.
