Roy, I'm surprised more haven't made them already... I'm still waiting to hear back from the campground on correcting my confirmation. If I don't hear by Monday, I'll call your contact and see if I can get it sorted...

Rodney, as of this evening, I had not yet received an email confirmation, so I called them back after I got to work. She said emails go out in batches and to wait a while longer. She also said that since rates haven't been posted for 2016 yet, that the email wouldn't come out until then. She wrapped up by saying she was sending my email, and I received it while on the phone with her. I'm not sure I like their system as there seems to be some confusion, but they are very friendly and willing to help. Confused? I was. I have a confirmation of reservation for my dates and a fee to my CC, but it doesn't show which cabin.

Mine is still under Roy's name and phone number and also shows no site number. I asked all of this to be fixed at 9AM this morning. Nothing yet. You can't tell me that it would take longer than 30 seconds to fix and resend the email. The batch email thing is funny too Doug.

Mine doesn't either show site #, told them the name and site I wanted. Hope we aren't all over the place because somebody messed up.

OK, I'll make sure I clarify this when I call. Doesn't seem like too much to ask. We're throwing them quite the chunk of business that week.... I too felt like I was talking to the walking dead when I called.
