So ive had my ts 6 position chip for a few months its fun i usually just stay at the highest setting. But ive been reading about it being able to be re burnt ? im looking for someone who can do a reburn that might be able to add low boost fueling to the highest setting or what ever they need to do. It was suggest to get this done instead of invest 900$ into the Edge Attitude with Juice programmer.
the truck has cai gauges and a full 4" exhaust turbo back.
Instead of $900 dollars on an edge, you should get the hydra which is apparently the new thing to get. You get tunes emailed to you!! And it stays in the truck the whole time and I believe can store 16 tunes? Someone correct me if I'm wrong
Read over the first post, Tugly knows what he's talking about and he always provides helpful assistance. There's plenty of tunes you can choose from.
But a re-burn off the top of my head I know php will do it and there are other brands for the ts.
As for the low boost fueling or low rpm fueling, tuners will have this as the 140 hp aggressive which is the 140 with more fuel down low. Its all possible, I want custom tuning I don't really like how canned tunes run and shift.
Oddly, I want the boost to come up some before adding fuel.
Yes, we do.

Per your thread in the Ex forum, I know you're looking for a smoke tune. That's irresponsible and illegal in a lot of places now because people rolling coal are ruining it for all diesel enthusiasts who enjoy our hobby.
You may find some people on this forum who still like to purposefully make smoke, but most of us have really changed our attitudes and opinions and we no longer advocate rolling coal.
Low-boost fueling? Isn't that what the diesel trucks had before turbos? This leads to the question: "Why did they install a turbo on a diesel?"
Better power, lower EGTs, better efficiency, and better emissions.
Now the $10K question (the price of an engine swap): "If I make better power with a turbo, what happens with low-boost fueling?" Tweety bird power, Yosemite Sam EGTs, Wile E. Coyote economy, and Pepe Le Pew emissions. That's a joke - I say that's a joke, son.
