Intake and exhaust changes
Hope I have the right forum. Stock F-150 with 5.4L engine was modified with a K&N cold air intake, Flowmaster short tube headers and a Magnaflow cat back dual tip exhaust. My question is do I have to tune the computer or engine to get the best HP and gas mileage from the changes or will the computer adjust? Thanks

The computer will self adjust as needed, a tuner can only extend and firm up shift points which can produce more peak HP but it won't make any difference at lower rpms or to fuel milage.
