I am getting this check gas cap warning on the dash. I checked the cap, looks ok... Thoughts? Should I disconnect the battery for a minutes.. and see if it comes back?
Thanks
I had this come up on my wife's old 2007 Durango once because she filled up the truck while it was running. I fixed it by removing the gas cap and started the car with it off for a few minutes. Could be that easy.. lol

I had the same thing on my 2011 (100,000km) It was a bad purge valve in the fuel system. Apparently rather common......$200 later, all fixed.
