TGIF Nor Cal. The last weekend of the month is right around the corner.
Received my Shelter Plus Care voucher yesterday. I can now look for any apartment, mobile home, duplex etc under $676 a month that takes section 8. Technically this is not section 8, as it is from a different department of HUD, however, it operates almost exactly the same. I pay 30% of my income toward the rent, and they pay the rest.

Going to try and get back into the mobile home park, but there has to be a vacancy. I do have a six month time frame, but I doubt the people here at the vet plaza would want me just sitting here waiting to get back into the mobile home park. So, I will look for places on the west side of town. I really don't want to move anywhere but the mobile park though as I have to sign a one year lease wherever I go, and I don't want to be away from the park that long. So, I'll pray about it.
