Wow! Has anybody else received info in the mail about the water rates going up? I just received a letter saying at the very least that they will be raising my rates 25% because of the drought. What a sham!! California American Water is drought proof in our area. They are all well water and are only implementing this policy because they can build their profits. Just another reason to not have a private company doing public business.

Well Rick its like this, whatever water we had got shipped to south where they built this huge city (LA) in the desert. All kidding aside bud, I have a couple years left then I`m heading up that way.

I don't pay for water here, so I don't get notices like that. That is another reason I wanted to move out of California. However, that isn't going to happen anytime soon. 
Lets see, no truck to wash, so I am good. Will have to buy plastic forks, knives, and spoons, along with paper plates, so no dishes to wash. have no grass, so no need to water the dirt. Only thing left is showers. hmm, better keep those. Don't want the roommates complaining.

Well dudes I am heading to Cloverdale for about a week. I was just getting used to being home, oh well. I had back fence and side fence replaced 225'. These guys came on Monday and tore down and put up new in 1 day.Amazing. Finished yesterday and put in 12' side gate so now I can put trailer and van etc behind fence. Really happy. I put in many fences and strung countless barbed wire for cattle but I would still be yanking out the old.

Didn't get anything done yesterday, got hit with a nasty cold. Had a sore throat the day before, but now it is coughing, sneezing, headache, and earache time. And my whole body is sore. Woke up 9 times last night between 8pm and 7am this morning. Needless to say, I will be spending most of my day in bed today. I do need to go to the store to get more Orange Juice, and Halls throat drops though.

I'm going to the Shaver lake area this next weekend to do some 4x4ing in my F350. I've never been so it should be fun going up on Bold Mountain and what not. Have any of you been around that area?

Well, they changed the rain prediction from 80% to 20% so that means we will not get rain today either. Guess I'll get a 4 day weekend. 
Been having internet problems most the morning, hopefully hey will be fixed today.
