Have you tried Gearhead tunes Jim?..... but the non existance of smoke and heat is a nice trade off.
Yes I have, I don't care for their 7.3 tuning.
The reason smoke and heat are low is they also cut power pretty low. This is what I have seen on the dyno and my personal experience, and why I won't run their tunes in my 7.3.
Every tuner does tuning differently, nothing to knock Gearhead, their tunes just aren't for me.
It sounds like we need to build you a bigger tank! (I work at a tank shop.) That's a lot of water for not too many miles.
I did take some measurements and I could fit another six gallon tank in on the other side of my aux fuel tank. I'm just not sure what all that water is doing to my engine?

As long as its only injecting water when its hot, then it shouldn't be doing anything. Water is a product of fuel combustion too, so there is always a little water vapor in your cylinders.
