When reading the Key On Engine Off (KOEO) codes there is a pause with one flash after the KOEO codes (electrical self-test) and the codes stored in the memory of the computer when the Continuous Memory Test was ran while driving is read out known as CM codes.
The one flash at the pause as said above is displayed by most code readers as a 10.

For nothing wrong you should have gottern on your reader a 11, 11, 10, 11, and another 11.
The second two 11's are CM codes and the first two are from the KOEO Electrical test.
Note there are sensors that can be bad and you will still get a 11 in the KOEO self-test for example the ECT and IAT sensors. These two sensor can make for hard starting when the engine is warm or the other way around.
