What do these Check Engine codes mean?

1994 Mazda B4000 4.0L Auto Memory Code 124 TPS/Pedal Position Higher Than Expected Memory Code 214 Cylinder ID Circuit Malfunction Memory Code 327 EGR Sensor Below Min Voltage Memory Code 332 EGR Flow Insufficient

is the truck pinging running rough stalling?
check in the Technical Information posting if its a '94 it should be under the "more EEC-IV codes" link
youre on the right track with the egr carbon, id also search this forum for the DPFE its the little aluminum box that controls egr function, i guess its a common problem
