Read some codes today? Help...
These are the codes that I am reading; Mil Status off
2 DTC's failure when reading
P0403- EGR "A" Control Circuit
Ill have you know the EGR was unplugged and I plugged it back in. The light stayed on this time..... usually it will go off when you drive it once after plugging it back in. How could it be stuck since the truck only has 16000 miles on it.
Curious to know what the others are even about.

Mil Status off - this is what it should be. This is no issue.
For the EGR code, I would unplug it and blow out any crud and plug it back in. If it doesn't clear, you may have to disconnect the batteries and leave the lights on for awhile to clear the code.

Are you implying that him trying to lift the heads with a tuner and having Ford foot the bill is "Bad Karma" LOL After reading his intent I wouldn't help him out if I could!

P0403 and P0405 are circuit codes high/low that are always set when ever the truck is run with the egr valve unplugged, the codes will set even if the cel doesn't come on.
