The only thing in Houston that needs fuel are boats. So that means there's plenty of fuel for the rest of us.
Seriously, there are other refineries in the U.S., but Houston has a lot of them. I used to live in Houston and I'm glad I got out of there 17 years ago. We still have a lot of friends that live there and we're praying for them for sure.

Back from the dealer with my new truck. Based on the dash on the 45min hwy drive the L5P does 2L/100km better on fuel than the 6.7 ever did. Will have to check how accurate it is on a longer trip/tank. I switched teams
Old truck, 2011 Ford F350 CCLB DRW.
New truck, 2017 Chev 3500HD CCSB SRW.

...And with that picture posted as proof, Steve is officially kicked off from FTE...lol, just kidding.
Nice rig, just not my cup of tea. I'd probably have gone with a GMC if I had to go GM, styling is slightly better in my opinion, but to each his own. I suspect it will serve you well and please keep us up to date here. Its kind of nice having a RAM insider (Andre) and now you as a GM insider.
Good luck!

Going to stay fixed and see how it goes. I measured the trailer front cap and I think I can get to about 60deg before I have an issue. I don't cut the trailer that hard anyway as it's too hard on the wheels/tires.

I like the GMC front end better too but up here it's been hard to find a 3500HD on a lot. When I bought this one I could have taken a GMC but it was black and after two black vehicles (Tahoe & Vette) I never want another one. They had 5 diesels on the lot when I made the deal on this one and 3 days later they were all gone. My son works at the dealer so I get a good discount for that reason. I tend to flip flop between Ford & GM on each new vehicle.
