I have a 2005 6.0 bulletproof with edge attitude. I spliced into turbo vgt solenoid for smoke switch but it does absolutely nothing. I was wondering if you can splice into map sensor on 6.0's to trick the computer..
Your going to find that most people here are not too impressed with people that like to roll coal. It brings bad attention to our trucks and the hobby. You might try the Kinder Kare forum for this info?
Welcome aboard Nick, think from reading old posts you have to cut power to the VGT sol to get it to burp out a cloud. Use the search function & you should find more posts. I hope you have deleted your egr prior to this sucking lots of soot through the motor is not good for it! That said you will most likely get flamed buy some here for even asking the questions and the funny part is some who would blast you have all kinds of performance mods ( egr delete no cats & tuning, so on) done to their trucks. So be ready, I came from the 7.3 page b-4 getting my 6.0 and I to received some grief when I spoke of rolling coal that I did with the old 7.3 but bottom line is its your truck and have fun with it just don't flip the switch in front of your local popo they get a bit pissy bout that.....
