OBDLink MX
I received my MX today but mistakenly installed the OBDLink MX app on my phone thinking it was needed to use the device, not realizing it was a scan tool program in itself. Question is can I just leave it installed and switch between Torque and the MX tool? Anyone using the MX tool? Haven't had time to mess around with it much, just got home late and gotta work tomorrow so I'll be messing with it after work.

I have many OBDII apps on my tablet, I just smother the Torque icon with my finger. The OBDWiz software is OK, but it lacks PIDs I like.

You can have both without either affecting the other, this is what I did. I utilize the OBDwiz simply to view/clear CELs on my wives car but when/if I want to monitor any of my vehicles I use TorquePro. OBDwiz seems to be a slimmer and more scaled down version of a monitoring tool than TorquePro.
