Over fueling

I had a situation with much higher amount of smoke/vapor on cold start with no codes set and all AE tests showing good. I talked with the assistant service manager at the Ford dealer that I work with for many years for our test vehicles. He suggested replacing the EGR valve even though it tested and looked fine. That took care of the major portion of the issue.
I realize you said you cleaned and disconnected it, but he specifically mentioned they can get hung up and cleaning did not fix it.

Ive been meaning to replace EGR...I finally got around to it and problem solved....DOH!!!!!
