If you went to a Walmart in CT to buy some motor oil and toilet paper, they would charge you sales tax on it. You can't simply say, "I'm from NH so I don't have to pay sales tax." I don't see how buying a vehicle in CT is any different.
It's not because I'm from there. It's because I'm active duty military, and Federal law permits me to register and insure my vehicles in my state of legal residence. You typically pay tax and fees in the state you register in, not the state you purchase in.
The Army's taken me to lots of different states where I've purchased vehicles and registered them in NH, and not one of them has given me grief about paying local sales tax except Connecticut.
Evening guys, I'm having ton's of trouble ith the left front caliper on my truck. Found my old one was sticking, not allowing the wheel to turn freely. Replaced it, new caliper sticks 4 times worse than the old one! Replaced the brake hose, no effect, still sticking like crazy, gotta figure this out!

When you crack the blender does the wheel free up? If not it's definitely a bad caliper.
There's nothing else it can be. I had the same issue with a reman NAPA caliper on my Lincoln. Second reman has held up fine for the last year.
Returned the caliper to autozone, then went to advance to get one, got it home, went to put it on, its a caliper for the passenger side, in the driver side box! Went back, advance didn't have another one in stock, they had it brought in from another store. Put it on, works great! I am glad to be done with this!
Good morning everyone. Went skiing yesterday with my sister and brother-in-law. Second time I've ever done it, and we had a blast. Fell on my *** about a dozen times, but it was worth it.
Glad I took the week off. The dealer never sent the paperwork to my bank yesterday, so I probably won't be able to pick it up until tomorrow at the earliest. They have to deliver it to me in Concord, so I'll be making another trip up here.
