E-van Axle Donor Question

I have a 82 Chateau Wagon van/bus (vin starts with 1FBH) which I gather from a thread in the axle forum that it has a D-70. The axle code is C6. Is this a D-70, and what is the length of this axle? I would like to put it under my 70 CC if it is close to the length of my original D-60. Or my 76 CC. I know about the frame widths and springpads. As it is finally warming up to -26 with 18" of snow, I don't feel like using a tape measure right now. Thanks

The axle code is C6.
C6 = Dana 61-1 / 3.73-1 / Limited Slip / 6,340 lbs. rear axle capacity // H = Class G - Hydraulic Brakes - 8,501-9,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

If your '76 CC is an F250, could have either a Dana 60 or 61-1. If an F350, it's a Dana 70.

Parts catalogs do not list the lengths of axle housings.

Left: C6 axle decode / Right: Available Econoline (E100/350) rear axles.
