I made it home, had a good time meeting the Oregon guys. I only took a couple of photos, camper row from the other direction. And the group setting around shooting the breeze.
Made it home. I completely neglected to get the camera out this year! It was an interesting trip out, with destroying my center carrier bearing made it to Condon on a wing and a prayer. Harley ran me into the parts house Saturday and they had everything needed ( took three trips ) to rebuild the drive line new carrier bearing three new u-joints and a new transfer case seal.
Now I just have to figure out why the stupid thing died on 84 a couple miles from I-5.
I made it home safe and sound from Don's Place. I sure enjoyed the G2G again this year. Got to put some faces to some of my FTE friends (Roy, Lynn, Theresa and Tim) plus catch up with some old friends. It was a smaller but more diverse group (Washington and Montana being represented). But a good time was had by all.

Your truck was protesting being in Portland.
On my way over to Don's, I was stuck in traffic leaving Portland then hauled butt to make up for it. 65-70 mph on I-84. My average mpg was down to 12.6. On the way home I took it a bit easier. Drove right at 57 mph. My fuel economy steadily improved as I drove west. When I got home it was up to 13.6.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Made it home around 1930. Have the holding tanks cleaned out and am in the process of switching the camper over from batching it at G2G to "wife" camping at Detroit day after tomorrow.
Trip home was good, only stopped in the The Dalles to top off the front tank and Memaloose to make a couple of sandwiches. Stopped at Multnomah falls because the pups were both singing "dad I got to go".
I pushed it going and coming. Cruise control set at 65 on I-84. 12.6 going & coming. Had quite a wind most of the way down the gorge.
Have pics will probably get them posted sometime tomorrow.
Had a wonderful time at the G2G. It is just too darn bad they have to end so soon.
