Hello mountain dewd, welcome to the gab fest. I had a friend from my time in the Navy that calls Redding home. Had been down there a few times to visit with him and his family and he had been up to see me a couple of times when I was still working in Roseburg. Lost touch with them a number of years back. Hopefully they are all still alive and kicking.

Those vids were pretty cool,,,,,reminds us how powerful and dangerous those fires can be. On the way home through the Warm Springs Reservation, we saw lots of land damaged by fire this last summer....Most of the rangeland will likely come back better than before.

Alt+0176 (using the number pad for the 0176) The symbol shows up after the sequence is typed in and you release the alt key.
You have to type in 0176 with the number pad while holding down the "alt" key. It doesn't work, at least on my keyboard, if you use the duel character numbers across the top of the key board. You could use the copy and paste from the character map, but that is a pain as it would require opening the character map program each time you wanted to use it.
