80-20 split on the lumber and 50-50 split on all the metals...

Nope, just down to the foundation. I've already got a bidding war going on for the walk-in cooler. I started out at $3,000 and have 4 farms that want it. It's now up to $5,500!

Going to be a real busy day here. Contract signing in an hour, then start the teardown and the parts list for the log loader.

Tomorrow we start taking down the old mess hall...

We have to replace the hyd pump, two rams, add suction and return filters, flush all hyd hoses, repair the main control valve assembly, and a couple other smaller things. I mounted this log loader on this truck about 4 years ago, and it has had some serious use since then...
