Pid. Value help

Taken at operating temp. Only have sct to monitor until Friday. Should I be concerned about any of these values? New to this stuff and have a 14 hour road trip coming up. Thanks guys taken at idle

2005 f250 6.0. Just had egr delete, New oil cooler, hpop, ficm fixed, 3 fuel injectors replaced and blue spring upgrade. Also just changed oil and all filters including air.

Operating temp is 190 degrees coolant. If all yours will do is 172, then I would look into a new thermostat.

It gets to about 180-185 when driving. Its also -11 out today so don't know if that would factor into it.

the Ford t-stat is 190 as Mark mentioned and if your only running 180'ish, then it may need replaced. The other numbers look fine.

If it's that cold, maybe put a piece of carb board between the radiator and condenser to bring it up a little. It will try to increase the temps above 185 by throwing extra fuel at it, your mileage will be in the can. The truck will run better if you can get it above 185.

Is replacing the thermostat a pretty easy diy job?

Here is a nice list of what the all PIDs should read: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/a...1&d=1364848489

The t-stat swap is a breeze on the '05 and newer trucks. Drain a couple gallons of coolant in a clean bucket. With the proper socket and extension you can get to the two housing bolts without removing anything. Once those are out, pull the top rad hose off at the radiator- being careful around the nipple for the small line next to it, it's easy to break. Pull the tstat and upper hose together. Notice the index marks (arrows) where the hose goes on the housing. Put the new Tstat on the hose with the clamp exactly in the impression it left on the hose and the index marks lined up as before. With the new Oring in the housing, (no sealant required) reinstall the stat/hose assembly and put the coolant back. Warm it up and check for leaks.

so is ICP duty cycle the same as ICP on that list? It says 1.0 on the list for idle and mine reads .24. That was the one I was mainley concerned about. Maybe im reading into to much.

That is a bit confusing. ICP is a voltage reading on the sheet, duty cycle is normally expressed as a percentage. There are also values for ICP in psi but they're in the 3-4 digit range. I don't think I have seen values for ICP duty cycle before.

The IPR has values for Duty Cycle reading in percent.
Key On Engine Off is 14.84
low Idle is 24
High idle is 40

Maybe it's displaying IPR duty cycle and the (.) is an anomaly.
