The part arrived today.
I also reported this in my build thread, but for those of you interested in this part, I received it today from Red's Vintage Parts.
It is exactly the correct part, looks to be NOS, and I will update my build thread when I have installed both brackets.

Joe, I guess I will be making one of those brackets for my truck. I contacted Red's and that was the only one they had. I'm glad you were able at least to get one. I was like you until you asked about it here, I didn't know Ford even made a RH bracket for our trucks.

Joe, Thanks for the offer for the measurements. I should be able to get all I need from the LH one. At least I am assuming it is a mirror image of the RH one
