we found some Nos-Body parts in the garage and trying to figure out what they go to, maybe some one here know's, we beleive they are 50's truck parts.
the first one is #Bp70020 10 B, it is the frame assembly that holds the windsheild and wiper motor's, at the top is a rain gutter, it looks like the roof attaches on-top of this body piece.
the other is the nose piece that is a hood latch mount plate, for lack of a better term the female recieve plate #70-16848-?B.
The first number is a "panel assy, cowl top", but I can't find it in any of my parts books. By the number you listed, it doesn't appear to be a truck. It may be a earlier car, say early 40's? The second one is actualy 7C 16848-B, Hood latch plate for a 48-50 Ford truck, F-1 thru F-8. It's hard to read the stencil numbers or parts tags, as they wear off after all these years. If you need any more part numbers decifered, post them. I have over 20 years in Ford parts and have most of the old parts books up to 1972. After that, I can usually know what they are by seeing the part number.
