Okay I just took a look at the diagram and there's 2 sets of contacts built into the brake switch. The first set only controls brake lights. The second set does everything else like activate the ABS, control the brake(or shifter) interlock, and deactivate the cruise control. So if the second set of contacts are stuck closed the CC won't work and the shifter will move without having to press the brake. The wires you need to look at the go to the brake switch are RD/WH which is a constant +12 volts from fuse #5 and the RD/LG which should have +12 only when the brake pedal is pressed.
my BPS has also four cables. In accordance to the wiring diagram, Pin 1 (LG/RD) and Pin 5 (RD/WH) are hot at all times. Checked and yes, they are hot. The other both, Pin 2 (LG) and Pin 6 (RD/LG) are hot, in the moment when i press the pedal. Pin 3 and 4 are unused.
But, i found out, that the Door Auto lock not work. Don´t know, since when, but the locking system needs a speed signal, also the cruise control. maybe it is the same problem. Found out in the WWW, that the Expedition/Navigator has problems with the CJB and the non serviceable relays. May the Relay is blown out?
Found solution, it was anything with the shifter interlock. Cut the brake signal wire to the solenoid and everything works fine.
Thank you all for trying to help me
