just seen the extended forecast...Rich saturday looks good.. so i guess i will head north to see my ford truck buddy.. i will not work anymore on "rip" till i see what we can find up there....
i talked with my youngest daughter..she is coming to see her poor ole daddy for her 42nd birthday on march 24th.. alan do you think we can get her wagon ready to roll by then.. that would make a cool birthday present..

Good Morning Everybody!
I had a set back yesterday. I won't go in to details, but it was pretty gross and painful. I feel a ton better and may go home today. I guess we'll see, but that's the plan for now.
RC. If you can get the car to move around under it's own power, I can probably get the body work done. ....or do we need to get it mechanically sound first? Either way, I think we could probably make something happen.
My dad went in to surgery yesterday as well. He's having a much harder time. He's in I.C.U. this morning. He had a quintuple bypass done in an open heart surgery. I'll be alright from here, but please send thoughts and prayers his way if you don't mind. He's in rough shape this morning.

I finally made it home. It's so nice to be relaxing in my own recliner with my puppy lovin' on me. My youngest, Carina saved me her last piece of birthday cake and my oldest made some chocolate covered pretzels and wouldn't let anyone have any until I had some.

I spent all day driving 51 ea 6ft T post's, setting 9 ea 200 lb hedge posts for corner posts and mixing 1/2 pallet (35ish bags) of 80 lb bags of quickcrete..... I am smoked. And each 80 lb bag does NOT just jump into the wheel barrow by itself.

Thanks for the thoughts, guys. I talked to my mom and she said dad is out of I.C.U. He was driving her crazy every two seconds wanting her to do something or get something. ....so I guess he's him old self again.

It's gonna be a minute before I'm able to get to the shop. I still still have a 1/2" hole in my side I have to re-dress twice a day. ....and it hurts like stink to boot.

Only a 1/2" hole and dress it twice a day wah wah, get to running a DA sander and flipping body panels around, ya wuss.
