I've got 2 problems with my loveley truck. Does anybody have experience with those?
1. In summer she starts up without a problem. Now that it's gotten colder it takes me 30-50 tries!!! I'm thinking something with the glow plugs or glow plug sensors is wrong. The glow time seems to be the same as in summer. Any ideas?
2. Cabin air. The heat and AC still work but there is barely any air coming through the vents. it's almost like a fan broke. The faster I drive the more air I get through the vents. Where could I check if there is a fan?

That's way too many tries! If you are calling the WTS indicator light a glow plug sensor, that is incorrect. The WTS indicator light is more of a dummy light, and has no bearing on how long the glow plugs are fired. Depending on conditions, your glow plugs can stay on for well over a minute when you turn the key. Try leaving the key on longer, at least a minute, before trying to fire it up. See if that makes a difference.

Check your alternator output. Sounds like your not getting enough juice until the rpm's increase. Go to O'Riely's, Walmart or Autozone - they will test it for free.
You could also tap your fan blower with a hammer to see if that will get it to increase speed when air is barely coming through. It is located on the passenger side right next to the fire wall.
@Bonanza35 Didn't get to try the relays yet because I don't have a multimeter. I did however check the fan that blows air inside, the one just behind the dashboard on the passenger side, and as I suspected it is not working. I took it out and it started working but quit again once I've put it back in. Is it shorting out? will a new fan unit fix the problem? And also there is another relay right next to it. What is that for?
@WhiteBuffalo I did tap it but without change. Then I took it apart because I suspected that something may block the fan. Nothing seemed to block it and after connecting it again it worked for a short while but then quit again. Any Ideas?
@Binuya The alternator output is fine. I did leave it on longer and it seemed to help. I'll still check the relays though. Besides the relay on to of the block there is another realy on the passenger side next to the cabin fan. what is that for?

Sounds like the fan blower/motor needs to be replaced. Sometimes the hammer tap will get you by for a short time.
