For most things MD isnt that bad. Ju8st takes time for everything to be processed and reviewed before they rubber stamp it.

I was driving my pepsi tractor trailer to a BJ'S on Va beach blvd. and the accident was at least a mile ahead and had three lanes blocked. Oh well I get paid by the hour.
