Yep, and get rid of that damn EGR cooler!! Change out the oil cooler also, to at least a new stock one, it can cause issues.
thats what i meant by the EGR... problem with doing it before doing studs is ford used it like a waste gate... stock studs would stretch even more because of the spiking pressure when letting off suddenly from WOT... causing the gaskets to go boom over time.. stronger studs can compensate for it...
The whole thing is a mess. Only thing really good about that motor, is it's strength. The 6.0's bottom end will take a lot more horsepower that the 6.7 will.

ive knocked out quite a few of its issues... now i just need to get rid of the last of them....

yeah but they be strong *** studs though... ARP's site says 270,000 psi Tensile strength... them be strong... no head liftings there...
