auto trans issues???

Hello my fellow ford freaks! im in need of advice on what my trans problems may be. i have a 01 f350drw 4x4, 7.3powerstroke. trk has 95000 miles on it and a 4r100 tranny? [ i think ] anyway heres whats up, trk tips the scales at around 13000lbs every day, i am a welder/heavy equipment mech. so have everything i think i may need in trk. i noticed a bit of a drag,or slugish feeling sometimes when starting from a stop, but not all the time. serviced trans, oil an filter, torque converter has a drain plug, so drained it all. no sign of anything in pan.tranny worked fine. headed to the woods a couple days later, trk seemed to be struggling at low speed going up hill. i realize i have no low gear! then i start thinking that has ben my slugish feeling on take off sometimes, its trying to take off in 2nd maybe? get job dun, when i hit highway my o/d light is flashing,no low gear an no overdrive either! limp home take to shop, they get a code of turban sensor? they install new one, get low and overdrive back. works good for 1000 miles or so, then notice occasionally a slugish take off here an there again. then drove it about 150miles one morning, very steep mountain passes, an some steep woods roads, tranny worked perfect, get to job trk sits about 4hrs,head for home, no low gear, and no overdrive again! wtf? limp it home again, o/d light flashing, an this time service engine light too. take to shop, 3codes turban sensor, input speed, and output speed sensors. clear codes, leave scanner hooked up an drive trk, guess what? tranny worked perfect! oh almost forgot, sometimes at lowspeeds it will hunt for a gear, 3rd an o/d or 2nd and 3rd, it shifts back an fourth an cant decide what gear it wants to be in. if i accelerate it will pick the lower gear an stay there, but as with all the other issues it only does this sometimes!and forgot this detail too, on 2 occasions the engine has quite. while coming to a stop, just about when it stops moving it just dies. starts rite back up, as if nothing happened? soo is it a mechanical issue in the tranny, an electrical issue, a short in the wiring,is my computer going brain dead, or am i brain dead? at this point id be happy if a gear flew through the side of the tranny! then it would be simple to say, well thats the problem rite there!. any ideas to help me solve this issue, would be much appreciated.

It could be many things. It would be REALLY helpful to have the codes.

Since you have had the turbine sensor code a few times I suspect there is a wiring issue to that sensor. That's just a guess, as I don't know what codes your truck is setting.
