Well I ordered PIS 1.5's through DP A F6 and tunes, sending my PCM in to get re-tinned and flashed, and ordered the tunes for my BTS fro my other truck.
Since I like to perform proper due diligence before making a decision and don't like wasting money or time:
I actually couldn't get a hold of Matt or Tony. Tried calling once, though i didn't leave a message, and tried e-mailing both of them. I didn't ask about injectors when I scheduled my tranny, but I might try to get a hold of him and see what his opinion is.
Sounds like Dan likes his PIS injectors. Correct me if i'm wrong, but if they are new injectors, it shouldn't matter where you buy them. The only difference would be if you are buying remans.
I did a lot of looking back this spring when I got the truck and PIS rates up there with FFD and rosewood from what I gathered from searching forums. So hopefully I'll be happy with them.

That's strange, usually when I call Gearhead either Larz or someone else answers. If I leave a message, I generally get a call back in a day or so, if not that day. Matt is also good at returning emails, so I'm not sure what happened if anything.
Tony himself says on his voicemail that the best way to reach him is indeed email and people who have dealt with him said he's good about replying and taking care of people.
Sorry to see you were part of the exception that didn't get a reply from either...

It happens. Like I said I didn't leave a message, so I cant really get mad. I'll probably still try their tunes eventually. The new F6 is open source so you are supposed to be able to put anyone's tunes on it.
I cant say anything bad about Jody or DP. They have great service and I am happy with my tunes, I don't like the way my tranny shifts but I know it's getting weak so I can't blame him. Though never having used anyone else I don't have anything to compare. I do have an itch to try some other tunes just to see whats out there. I was really hoping to try Cody's tunes, but after what Rich said that may be unlikely.
I see no oil or fuel... and I have some experience with that. That doesn't even look like exhaust, at least not like I've seen. It looks more like dissolved radiator hose.
Thanks, after I took the pic I thought it looked like a chunk of something. Guess that's a good argument for a coolant filter.
When you were having problems with your injector hold down bolts, what ended up being the problem? Should a guy get all new bolts? Loctite? Or just need to go back in after a bit and re-torque them. Thanks.
So I got it tore down to the injectors, I'm going to start pulling them tomorrow (hopefully). Do I need to drain the oil or fuel, or does it just drain into the cylinder? maybe suck it out with a mighty-vac? Is there anything else I need to do.
You can drain the oil rails by removing the 1/8" Allen socket plugs under the valve covers. They screw in horizontally toward the oil rail. Don't drop them. The fuel rail can be drained, but it isn't worth the time and effort to do it. If you pull the rearmost injector on each bank first and let the fuel drain into that cylinder, you'll have most of it contained there.

As for torqueing them down, I use 130 inch/lbs, then I fire up the truck with the VCs off. I let it run until the engine is completely warm... staring at stuff under the VCs the whole time. Once warm, stop the engine and re-torque all your injectors.
