Show me your alternator bracket please!
I know this has been talked about, and I've seen some other homemade brackets, but the problem is I don't have a welder, aka no experience with metal fab.
Has anyone used any other brackets to mount theirs? Or made one without welding? any input or guidance is greatly appreciated. I've attached a photo of my broken one.
Thanks,
-Seth

Here is the bracket I made when I switched from generator to alternator on my 223. Left enough space to fit various sized alternators. Just cut a spacer to fit. At the time I didn't have a welder. I used a propane torch and a vise to make the bends, then cut them to size . Once I got it all mocked up I took it to a local shop and had them weld it up for me. Cost $20 for the welding and about $5 for the steel.
