Did it have the heater controls in the dash as pull ***** instead of sliders? Pull ***** are 67 only and the simplest way to confirm a 67 cab. Could be a later cab with 67 doors and the door tag says it's a 67. A lot can happen in 47 (or however many in this case) years. Or someone was just fond of the emblems. Or the seller just doesn't know. I've seen plenty of incorrectly labeled F100's in ads.

I'll look at the heater controls. and try to get a vin off the truck. owner may not know the actual year of the truck.
It sure looks like original Patina; its kinda light green and cream color.
